Use these definitions to frame an RFQ. Exact power, motion range, accuracy, delivery, warranty, and certification evidence are confirmed for the selected configuration.

Handheld laser welding machine

A handheld laser welding machine is a portable laser welding system in which an operator directs a fiber-coupled handheld welding head, used for fabrication, maintenance, stainless assemblies, and mixed-production welding.

Pulse laser cleaning

Pulse laser cleaning is a surface-treatment process that uses high-peak-energy laser pulses to remove rust, oxide, paint, coatings, and contamination from a substrate.

Laser marking machine

A laser marking machine creates permanent identification, such as serial numbers, 2D codes, batch codes, and logos, on materials using fiber, CO2, or UV laser energy.

Platform laser welding

Platform laser welding is a fixture-based laser welding process in which a programmed motion platform or machine axis positions the beam along repeatable weld paths.

Assist gas in laser cutting

Assist gas is the gas delivered through the cutting nozzle to eject molten material and shape the cut edge during laser cutting.

Galvanometer welding

Galvanometer welding uses fast-moving scanning mirrors to position a laser beam for precision spots, seams, and repeated micro-welding operations.
