A factory review should follow the configuration, not a generic showroom route. Use this agenda to inspect assembly, control, testing, packing, documentation, and the points where responsibility can become unclear.
REVIEW AREAS
Six Points to Inspect
Ask for records and physical checks together. A photograph or certificate is more useful when it is linked to the exact machine configuration and serial number.
Assembly and wiring
Review cable routing, grounding, fluid connections, labels, service access, and workmanship against the approved drawing.
Safety hardware
Check beam path, enclosure, interlocks, emergency stops, warning labels, viewing materials, and extraction connections.
Controls and software
Confirm interface language, parameter storage, alarm descriptions, access levels, backup method, and diagnostic requirements.
Run-off area
Run the agreed sample under recorded settings and retain the machine, operator, parameters, and measurement results.
Packing and handover
Review protection, lifting points, moisture control, accessory boxes, spare list, manuals, and shipping responsibility.
