About the CO2 Laser Engraving Machine
The 55 W CO2 laser engraver is designed for engraving and cutting a wide range of non-metallic materials: it cuts through 20 mm transparent acrylic or 18 mm basswood in a single pass and supports 3D relief engraving. Standard working area is 500 × 300 mm, expandable to 800 × 500 mm with an optional extension table. It processes cast acrylic (various colors), solid wood, bamboo, plywood, MDF, cork, leather (genuine and PU), fabrics, non-woven textiles, adhesive-backed materials, EVA foam, PVC sheets, paper including kraft, stone, ceramics, coated/plated metals, glass, and sintered stone. Certified Class 1 laser with flame detection and automatic fire suppression; a built-in HD camera enables visual positioning and batch engraving; autofocus, preset material parameters, integrated air assist, and an onboard exhaust fan make operation seamless. The proprietary software runs across phone, computer, and tablet. The 1500 W gantry variant covers a 420 × 420 mm area at 2000 mm/min.
